MORE ABOUT THE ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM -

As ICPHSO begins its 31st year of bringing product safety professionals together for our 2024 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, we look forward to returning to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida, February 19-22, 2024.

ICPHSO (International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization) is now accepting proposals for sessions at its 2024 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, taking place February 19 – 22, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, distributor, consumer or parent advocate representative, regulator, NGO, academia, service provider, or other product safety or health professional, we invite you to submit your proposals for Plenary / Breakout Sessions, Posters, or Both.

For the 2024 Annual Meeting & Training Symposium, ICPHSO asks you to submit proposals for both Plenary Sessions and Breakout Sessions that speak to the diverse Product Health & Safety industry and professional communities that attend the annual events. Special this coming year, we've added two more options for you to consider this time around as you work on your proposal -

NEW IN 2024:

CLE ACCREDITED SESSIONS
ICPHSO is looking to include sessions in the 2024 program that will give attendees from the legal community the ability to collect CLE units (Continuing Legal Education). If you would like your proposal considered for CLE provision, in the submission form:

1) Check the Box asking you to indicate your interest in having your proposal (if accepted for development) vetted for CLE provision

2) In your synopsis, include the Learning Objectives for the Legal Community your session aims to meet + the Learning Outcomes for the Legal Community to be gained by attending your session.

POSTERS
We are accepting proposals for Plenary and Breakout Sessions as in previous years – but in 2024, we will also accept a small number of proposals for Poster Presentations. Submitters may opt to have their proposals considered for Plenary and Breakout SESSION only, POSTER PRESENTATION only, or for BOTH. If a proposal opted for BOTH is selected by the program planning committee, the final format will be determined by the committee – and is final.

WHY POSTERS in 2024?
Poster Presentations is a new submission category offered to highlight your scientific analysis, research studies, evaluations of available data (and similar), and programs and projects, that are not always a good fit for Plenary and Breakout Session presentation.

ICPHSO is seeking submissions of recent research, emerging potential risks, an examination of available health and safety research, novel uses of methodologies, or programs/projects addressing product safety education and activities.

Potential poster presentation proposal submitters include, but are not limited to:

 • Consumers/Consumer Advocates • Regulators
 • Designers • Researchers
 • Engineers • Standards Developers
 • Faculty / Students • Testing Labs
 • Manufacturers
