Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel

One Grand Cypress Blvd

Orlando, FL 32836 USA

ICPHSO is pleased to announce its 33rd Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, taking place in Orlando, Florida. This flagship event brings together global product safety professionals for four days of collaboration, learning, and networking.

Chris Harvey, 2026 Planning Chair and Incoming President, is leading the coordination of the 2026 Symposium. The planning team received and reviewed more than 100 session proposals, reflecting the depth and diversity of expertise within the product safety community. The final lineup of plenary, breakout, and roundtable sessions will be announced soon.

The Annual Symposium provides valuable content for a wide range of stakeholders, including industry professionals (product designers, manufacturers, importers, and retailers), standards developers, NGOs, consumer and parent advocates, test laboratories, academia, product safety experts, consultants, legal professionals, media representatives, trade associations, and regulators from around the world.

The Symposium will begin on Monday, February 23, 2026, at noon with a special lunch and orientation for first-time and new attendees. The official opening session will start at 1:00 p.m., featuring Foundational Product Safety Plenary Training Sessions, specialized Roundtable Discussions on key product safety topics, and a keynote presentation to kick off the event.

Throughout the week, attendees will engage in plenary sessions, breakouts, and interactive discussions covering the latest developments in product safety. The Symposium will feature a Mock Trial on the final day, Thursday, February 26, 2026, offering a dynamic and educational look at how product safety issues play out in a legal setting. The event will conclude at 2:00 p.m. on that day.

Registration includes access to all sponsored satellite sessions, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, evening receptions, and all symposium materials. Program information will be provided and updated as it becomes available.

Scholarships

The International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) is proud to be the only organization that attracts a global audience of health and safety professionals who meet to exchange ideas and share information to address health and safety concerns. To do this effectively, ICPHSO needs to support stakeholders that may not have the resources to attend our conferences. ICPHSO provides the sole international forum for consumer product safety. Therefore, making sure that all stakeholders can participate regardless of their resources is an important goal that furthers the richness and breadth of our conferences. ICPHSO is proud to offer scholarships to our conferences for those who would not otherwise be able to attend.
