Host Partner Needed

ICPHSO is currently looking for a facility or company to partner with and host our future ICPHSO Conferences.

The North America Product Safety Training Workshop is a one-day workshop held in the month of June.  The host facility would work closely with ICPHSO’s management support staff and Executive Director to assure ample available space for a plenary session for 200 attendees, as well as for the registration of attendees, conference bag stuffing, and exhibit table space for a set number of exhibitors. Space should be available to serve breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks during the conference.

The host facility should be able to provide audio-visual services, which include screens for the display of presentations, a microphone, and Wi-Fi capabilities.

As a thank you and partnership, ICPHSO will provide the host facility/company sponsorship benefits, recognition as the host facility, and allow space for a high-level executive to address the attendees during the Workshop.

ICPHSO thanks you for taking the time to complete the Meeting Host Form and looks forward to partnering together on a future program.  Please note, ICPHSO is solely responsible for the content presented during our conferences. The Host or Sponsoring organization where the conference takes place does not choose or approve the content presented. ICPHSO is solely responsible for the conference content.
