2024 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium Information

As ICPHSO begins its 31st year of bringing product safety professionals together for our 2024 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, we look forward to returning to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida, February 19-22, 2024.

Our Planning Chair, Kim Mason will be working with ICPHSO members on the 2024 Annual Symposium Planning Committee to provide four days of relevant product safety information that will be rich in content and be of interest to all in the product safety community. We are adding a number of new activities to the agenda including a focus on legal issues impacting those who practice product safety law and their clients with the intent that proposals with this legal training focus could qualify the attendee for CLE's from their respective Bar Association. And for the first time, ICPHSO will inaugurate a Product Safety Poster session in recognition of the vast amount of research being done in the consumer product safety area. The return of our Student Mentorship Program and our First Timers Lunch/DEI event and other Networking events round out the efforts we continue to advance to ensure ICPHSO remains relevant and a critical source of information on best practices, regulatory requirements, innovative technology gains and emerging risks and can address these issues through education, training, and networking opportunities at the Annual Symposium that our attendees have come to expect.

Why Attend:

ICPHSO’s signature Annual Symposium is held each year in the United States. The Annual Symposium features plenary and breakout sessions on international trends and developments in product health and safety, and includes a focus on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada, United Kingdom, European Commission and other regulators from around the world. In addition, basic training in legal and compliance-oriented aspects of product health and safety for both beginners and more senior product safety professionals will be offered.

Who Should Attend:

Global, regional and local regulators, product designers, importers, manufacturers, retailers, consumer and parent advocates and organizations, standard-makers, NGO’s, test and certification laboratories, product safety experts, lawyers, consultants, academia, health educators and others interested in consumer product safety.  Members Registration Rate - ICPHSO Members Receive Discounted Registration Rate

You must have active membership at the time of the Symposium to maintain the member registration discount. If you are not a current active member at the time of the 2024 Annual Symposium, February 19-22, 2024,  you will be invoiced for the additional non-member registration fee.

Avoid losing the registration discount by Renewing Your Membership between January 1 and the time of the event..

Not a Member yet? Benefit from the Member-based Registration Discount by Joining ICPHSO before registering. 2023 membership dues are pro rated to December 31. So remember to renew in January 2024 to retain the discounted rate. 

Scholarship Program - If you would like to be considered for a potential scholarship to help cover the costs of registration, hotel, and/or travel, please fill out the Scholarship Application Form. Notifications will be sent in January.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org by February 9, 2024. No refunds will be honored after February 9. Registrations are not transferable. Please contact the meetings team with any questions at info@icphso.org.
