Registration fee includes access to all ICPHSO 2025 International Symposium sessions, mobile app, presentations, breakfast, networking breaks, lunch, two evening receptions and access to presentations and the attendee lists after the symposium.  All attendees including speakers are expected to pay the appropriate registration fee per ICPHSO policy. ICPHSO's 2025 International Symposium will be held in-person.  Live stream and recordings are not being offered at this time.

HOTEL & TRAVEL INFORMATION

NOTE: Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)

Starting on January 8, 2025, US citizens, as well as visitors from Australia and Canada visiting the UK will need electronic travel authorization (even for layovers). While most applications are approved on the same day, it can take up to 72 hours. Once granted, ETAs are digitally linked to a traveler's passport and allow for stays of up to six months at a time. The ETA is valid for two years or until your passport expires (whichever comes first). The UK ETA will cost 10 pounds (roughly $13 USD).

To apply for an ETA, you will need a valid passport, a recent digital headshot that follows the UK's passport photo requirements, an email address, details of your travel plans, as well as a valid debit/credit card to pay the application fees. More information at: UK ETA LINK

ICPHSO Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org  by October 3, 2025.  After October 3, no refunds will be honored. Please contact the meetings team with any questions at  info@icphso.org.

Attendee Notice:  ICPHSO may take photographs of attendees and speakers during the 2025 International Symposium and associated events for historical and other use. These photos may also be posted on the ICPHSO website, used on various social media platforms and in other ICPHSO-related materials.
