Call for Proposals Open: On or about August 4, 2025

Call for Proposals Closes: On or about September 8, 2025

Subcommittee Planning Committee Members and Chairs Assigned: September 8, 2025

Subcommittee Review and Ranking: September 15, 2025

Preliminary Agenda Available: On or about September/October 2025

Registration Opens: On or about September/October 2025

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Prospectus: TBD

Hotel Rooms Open for Reservations: TBD
