"Fostering Bridges Within the Product Safety Community"

We are pleased to return to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida, February 17-20, 2025 for our 2025 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, as we begin ICPHSO's 32nd year as the only global non-profit organization whose mission is to bring all product safety stakeholders together for education, training, and networking.

Our Planning Chair, David Kosnoff will be working with ICPHSO members on the 2025 Annual Symposium Planning Committee to provide four days of relevant product safety information recommended and decided upon by members and attendees. Content is driven by our members and attendees and all have an opportunity to submit relevant product safety content that will be of interest to all.

For 2025 we are continuing to offer a number of activities that were introduced previously at our 2024 Annual Symposium and before. These include enhanced Poster sessions, CLE credits for specific legal focused sessions, and the return of our Student Mentorship Program and our First Timers/New Member event. As always, we will provide ample networking opportunities for attendees to interact with our exhibitors and each other.

This year's theme, "Fostering Bridges Within the Product Safety Community" is a guide for those submitting proposals and the intent is to show how within ICPHSO we bring together the stakeholders representing different categories of the product safety community, often competitors, to provide a neutral and safe forum for all to hear and understand different perspectives as it relates to product safety. This is one of the reasons we offer a robust scholarship assistance program to underrepresented stakeholders to further the discussion among all stakeholders since product safety is a non-partisan issue and our goal and mission is to unite the global product safety community to further safety and reduce risks.

Why Attend:

ICPHSO’s signature Annual Symposium is held each year in the United States. The Annual Symposium features plenary and breakout sessions on international trends and developments in product health and safety, and includes a focus on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada, United Kingdom's Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), European Commission, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Mexico and other regulators from around the world. In addition, basic training in legal and compliance-oriented aspects of product health and safety for both beginners and more senior product safety professionals will be offered.

Who Should Attend:

Global, regional and local regulators, product designers, importers, manufacturers, retailers, consumer and parent advocates and organizations, standard-makers, NGO’s, test and certification laboratories, product safety experts, lawyers, consultants, academia, health educators and others interested in consumer product safety.  Members Registration Rate - ICPHSO Members Receive Discounted Registration Rate

Active Membership: To receive the member discount for registration, you must be an active member.  If you sign up as an ICPHSO member in the remaining months of 2024, your membership will be pro-rated for those remaining months of 2024 and that will then allow you to register for the 2025 Symposium at the reduced member registration rate. However,

When you register at the member rate, you must maintain your active membership at the time of the Annual Meeting & Training Symposium to maintain the member registration discount.  If you don't renew your membership on January 1, 2025 for the year and are not a current active member at the time of the 2025 Meeting, February 17-20, 2025, you will be invoiced for the additional non-member registration fee.

Scholarship Program - If you would like to be considered for a potential scholarship to help cover the costs of registration, hotel, and/or travel, please fill out the Scholarship Application Form. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org by February 7, 2025. No refunds will be honored after February 7. Registrations are not transferable. Please contact the meetings team with any questions at info@icphso.org.
