Program - Subject to Change
• IMPORTANT DATES for REGISTRATION •
Active Membership: To receive the member discount for registration, you must be an active member. If you sign up as an ICPHSO member in the remaining months of 2024, your membership will be pro-rated for those remaining months of 2024 and that will then allow you to register for the 2025 Symposium at the reduced member registration rate. However, when you register at the member rate, you must maintain your active membership at the time of the Annual Meeting & Training Symposium to maintain the member registration discount. If you don't renew your membership on January 1, 2025 for the year and are not a current active member at the time
of the 2025 Meeting, February 17-20, 2025, you will be invoiced for the additional non-member registration fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org by
February 7, 2025. After February 7, no refunds will be honored. Registrations are not transferable. Please contact the meetings team with any questions at info@icphso.org .
• CLE CREDITS •
ICPHSO does not directly offer CLE credits for participation in our workshop since each state may have different requirements. ICPHSO will provide a Certificate of Participation as well as the official agenda for the 2025 Product Safety Training Workshop
to any attendee who wishes to independently pursue obtaining CLE credits from their respective state bar association. To receive a certificate after the workshop, contact us at
info@icphso.org.
Notice: ICPHSO may take photographs of attendees and speakers during the 2025 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium for historical and other use. These photos may also be posted on the ICPHSO website, used on social media
platforms and in other ICPHSO materials.
ICPHSO is committed to ensuring that all participants adhere to fair competition practices in compliance with global antitrust laws. Conference attendees must comply with applicable antitrust laws of the countries where the conference is held, as well as any international or regional laws that may apply. Attendees must avoid discussing competitively sensitive topics with competitors at any time in which they are connected for ICPHSO purposes. Any concerns about potential violations should be directed to ICPHSO’s Executive Director.
