2025 Annual Symposium Call for Proposals

ICPHSO (International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization is now accepting proposals for sessions at its 2025 Annual Meeting and Training Symposium, February 17-20, 2025 - Orlando, Florida, USA .

"ICPHSO Annual Meeting and Training Symposium 2025 | Fostering Bridges between Product Safety stakeholders"

Whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, distributor, consumer, consumer or parent advocate, regulator, NGO, academic, consultant, test laboratory, lawyer, service provider, or any other product safety stakeholder, we invite you to submit proposals.

Possible Themes

We encourage proposals which relate to this topic and set out some possible themes for sessions:

• Product Recalls and Recall Effectiveness: complying with new legal requirements and approaches by regulators
• Chemicals and Emerging Hazards
• Expanding concept of safety: putting into action
• eCommerce, Artificial Intelligence and New Technology: building systems and processes to improve product safety
• How to develop accessible safe products: The role of Testing in a Comprehensive Product Safety Program
• Linking policy to better safety outcomes - International, National, State, and Local best practices
• Collaboration between stakeholders for better policy outcomes
• Consumer and Parent Advocate Voices (though these are ideally integrated into all panels)
• Building a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Culture of Safety & Compliance: People Leadership in the Product Safety arena
• Effective Risk Assessment, Prevention, and Management.

We also welcome other fresh, creative ideas relevant to the theme of "Fostering the Bridge between Product Safety Stakeholders".

In addition, we continue to be interested in sessions on other topics to ensure that the program is of broad interest and use to all attendees.
