COVID Protocol and code of conduct
ICPHSO is planning on holding the 2022 Annual Symposium in person at the Gaylord National on February 14 - 17, 2022. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person! We will continue to monitor the pandemic and will make any adjustments as necessary
for the health and safety of our attendees.
To ensure your safety and the health of our attendees, members and staff we ask that you partner with us by following the COVID PROTOCAL AND CODE OF CONDUCT before, during and after the conference. All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The four-day Annual Meeting and Training Symposium provides an opportunity for global health and safety professionals to participate in discussions that further enhance the safety of consumer products throughout the world.
Registration rates will remain the same for the 2022 Annual Symposium as they were for our 2021 Annual Virtual Symposium. We are providing registration fee information now so attendees can being planning and budgeting ahead of the Symposium in the
hope that we will be able to see you in person at the Symposium:

Due to Covid Vaccine Collections we will unfortunately, not be able to accept any onsite registrations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org by February 5th, 2022. After February 5th, no refunds
will be honored. Registrations are not transferable. Please contact the meetings team with any questions at info@icphso.org.
CLE Credits: ICPHSO does not directly offer CLE credits for participation in our workshop since each state may have differing requirements. ICPHSO will provide a Certificate of Participation
as well as the official agenda for the workshop to any attendee who wishes to independently pursue obtaining CLE credits from their respective state bar association. To receive a certificate after the workshop, contact us at info@icphso.org. |
Covid Protocol
To ensure your safety and the health of our attendees, members and staff we ask that you partner with us by following the COVID PROTOCAL AND CODE OF CONDUCT before, during and after the conference. All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19. Please make sure to review the Protocols prior to registering as you will be asked if you agree to the terms during the registration process.
Once you are registered we will add your contact information into the CrowdPass system (Vaccine Collection Agency). You will then receive an email from CrowdPass asking you to create an account, answer a few questions and provide a picture of your
vaccine document.
You will not be allowed in the Symposium until we have received your proof of vaccine.
