Covid-19 Safety Protocols & Code of Conduct

The health and safety of all our registrants and conference attendees is of utmost importance to ICPHSO. In preparation for this conference, we have been working diligently to implement policies and procedures for a safe and successful meeting. To ensure your safety and the health of our attendees, members, and staff we ask that you partner with us by following these procedures before, during, and after the conference. All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. By agreeing to attend, and through your registration, you understand and commit to abide by and respect these measures. We are excited to meet in person again and thank you for your cooperation.

 

Prior to Event

  •  Be sure you are fully vaccinated and upload your vaccination information during the on-line registration process since proof of vaccination is required to register to attend.

     

     On-Site at the Event

  • Follow all federal, state, local and hotel regulations and guidelines regarding social distancing, gathering, sanitation, and use of face coverings
  • Stay home and do not travel if you are aware that you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past two weeks or if you are experiencing any symptoms.
  • Follow cleaning and safety tips during your trip to maintain a safe travel environment (disinfecting surfaces, wearing a face covering)
  • Follow all federal, state, local and hotel regulations and guidelines regarding social distancing, gathering, sanitation, and use of face coverings
  • ICPHSO recommends wearing a face covering at all times while inside attending the conference
  • Adhere to social distancing protocols
  • Wash hands frequently throughout the conference
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Throw used tissues in the trash
  • Avoid physical greetings among attendees
  • Comply with pathway signage
  • Self-monitor and report any symptoms to meeting organizers immediately
  • Avoid shaking hands.
  • Avoid physical contact with other attendees

 

Post Event

Notify info@icphso.org if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home. The name of the person providing this information will be kept confidential, but notification will allow ICPHSO to conduct any contact tracing should it be warranted.

 

*This protocol was developed using the latest federal, state, and local guidance and regulations available at the time. The protocol is subject to change as new or updated information becomes available relevant to COVID-19

** While the CDC and Amazon have their own Covid protocols, ICPHSO reserves the right, as the meeting host, to implement their own standards.  As an attendee you will need to follow the ICPHSO protocols while onsite at the Annual Symposium.
