2022 Annual Meeting and Symposium Information

ICPHSO is planning on holding the 2022 Annual Symposium in person at the Gaylord National on February 14 - 17, 2022. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person!  We will continue to monitor the pandemic and will make any adjustments as necessary for the health and safety of our attendees.  Check back here for updates.

The four-day Annual Meeting and Training Symposium provides an opportunity for global health and safety professionals to participate in discussions that further enhance the safety of consumer products throughout the world. 

Symposium speakers and attendees will include industry leaders from the manufacturing, import and retail sectors; members of the legal community; consumer representatives; trade associations; academia; health and service providers; test labs; recall specialists; and federal, state, and local regulators from around the globe.

Registration rates will remain the same for the 2022 Annual Symposium as they were for our 2021 Annual Virtual Symposium.  We are providing registration fee information now so attendees can being planning and budgeting ahead of the Symposium in the hope that we will be able to see you in person at the Symposium:

Covid Protocol

The health and safety of all our registrants and conference attendees is of utmost importance to ICPHSO. In preparation for this conference, we have been working diligently to implement ICPHSO policies and procedures for a safe and successful meeting. To ensure your safety and the health of our attendees, members, and staff we ask that you partner with us by following the protocols linked below.   

All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a mask during the meeting .

By agreeing to attend, and through your registration, you understand and commit to abide by and respect these measures. We are excited to meet in person again and thank you for your cooperation.

While the CDC and the Gaylord Hotels have their own Covid protocols, ICPHSO reserves the right, as the meeting host, to implement their own standards.  As an attendee you will need to follow the ICPHSO protocols while onsite at the Annual Symposium.

Why Attend

ICPHSO’s signature Annual Symposium is held each year in the United States.  The Annual Symposium features plenary sessions on international trends and developments in product health and safety, on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and other global regulators and their work, and on basic training in legal and compliance-oriented aspects of product health and safety. The Annual Symposium also features such prominent public-sector keynote speakers as the CPSC Chairman, senior global regulators and private sector experts as well. Tutorials and interactive breakout sessions round out the program, enabling participants to engage in timely and specialized topics of particular interest.
