We again plan on having a job matching program during the 2022 Symposium. Companies with current/future job openings and safety professionals interested in job openings can receive information during the Symposium. Details are provided below. Don't forget ICPHSO continues to offer a year-round Career Center that also offers job information.
ICPHSO Past President, Carol Pollack-Nelson will coordinate an onsite job matching program that can assist both companies with current and future job openings, as well as safety professionals interested in potential employment opportunities.

Companies seeking to hire – Send me a job description electronically by February 7, 2022. Bring
one hard copy to ICPHSO. Be sure your job description includes the following:
- The position (e.g., compliance, risk analysis, regulatory, etc.). If you have different
positions open, please provide a separate job description for each.
- Does this job require the employee to work on-site, and if so, where?
- Are you willing to hire remote workers and if so, how often would they need to meet at the
Company’s location?
- Name of company rep at ICPHSO and contact information
At ICPHSO – Find me on Monday, Feb 14 or as soon as you arrive & provide me with small box
of chocolates, a Valentine, and hard copies of your job resume/job description(s).
- I will match Job Seekers to available Company positions.
- I will provide Companies with contact information for suitable Job Seekers so that
Companies can arrange to meet Job Seekers at a convenient, but discrete location.
- Note: Some Job Seekers are not comfortable releasing their job resume or making it public
that they are seeking a new position. In such cases, I will meet with the Job
Seeker and share with them information about available Company positions to help them
identify those that are a good match. With the Job Seeker’s permission, I will provide
Companies with their contact information and job resume so that the Company can reach
out to the Job Seeker to arrange a meeting in a convenient, but discrete location.
- I’m kidding about the chocolates and Valentine.
