“The Safety Horizon: International Perspectives on the Future of Consumer Product Safety”

The International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) will be holding it's 2021 International Virtual Symposium on October 27 - 28, 2021.

With the Symposium being virtual we are extending the agenda to 2 days to allow for some sessions to be repeated at different times of the day. As a global organization we recognize that our attendees come from different time zones and want to allow as much live access to our 2021 International Symposium as possible. We will continue to explore all options to be able to include additional attendees from around the globe!

The ICPHSO Virtual International Symposium is a global symposium that includes participation from regulators, producers, retailers, test labs, consultants, law firms, academia, consumers, product safety experts, media and others on best product safety practices, emerging hazards and trends, product recalls and the design and sale of safe consumer products from inception through end of life and sustainability issues.  These and much more will be discussed by product safety experts virtually over two days.  Symposium includes translation, plenary and smaller breakout sessions, networking, games and events.

Registration fees will remain at the 2020 rate: $450 (members) $550 (non-members)

Who Should Attend 

Since this is now a Virtual Symposium, there is no limitation on who can attend and participate in the International Virtual Symposium.  We expect the Virtual Symposium will be of interest to North America, European, Latin America, Asia and other regulators from around the world. Industry, consumer organizations, standard-makers, test laboratories, academia, students, product safety experts and others interested in consumer product safety.
