Meeting Alert:  If you are trying to register for an ICPHSO meeting you will need a username and password.  If you do not have a username and password for the ICPHSO website you will need to create one.  To create a log in click the "Click here to join" link at the bottom of the page.  Here you can sign up as a member or non-member/guest.  From there you will receive a log in.  Contact info@icphso.org for any questions.
