European Commission/ICPHSO International Student Mentorship Pilot Program |
European Commission/ICPHO International Student Mentorship Programme - Pilot ICPHSO and the European Commission are very excited to launch, as a pilot, of an international student mentorship programme. Following ICPHSO's success North American student mentorship programme, this international programme is being organised jointly by the European Commission and ICPHSO (International Consumer Product Health & Safety Organization) to take place during the International Product Safety Week (IPSW) in Brussels in October 2024. In pairing students and experienced professionals in the consumer product safety area, it is a wonderful opportunity for participants to learn and teach about these issues and to further disseminate the message of the importance of consumer product safety more widely, including by opting to follow a career path or research in these areas. APPLICATIONS FOR STUDENT MENTEES ARE NOW CLOSED! We are reviewing and assessing these applications and hope to provide confirmation of participation in the programme shortly. CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY PROFESSIONAL MENTOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED! For more information on IPSW, please see here: https://lnkd.in/eUerVHts Thank you to the planning committee:
This pilot program is being generously co-funded by the European Commission. It is open to applicants of any nationality but travel can only be arranged from countries of the European Economic Area (27 Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). Future programs could be expanded to include other geographical area. If students outside the European Economic Area are interested in future ICPHSO Student Mentorship Programs, they can submit their interest to info@icphso.org. |
