ICPHSO is pleased to be returning to Orlando, Florida for our 33rd Annual Meeting and Training Symposium. Chris Harvey, 2026 Planning Chair and Incoming President will be coordinating the 2026 Symposium. We are always looking for additional planning committee members who can add their voice and ideas to advancing product safety during our Symposium. PLANNING COMMITTEE FORM

We anticipate bringing back a number of previous years' programs including Student Mentorship, First Timers, Buddy Program, Associated Meetings, CLE sessions, evening receptions and networking breaks, as well as some new initiatives we are considering. If you have any interest in being a moderator/speaker during the symposium, we have a form you can complete showing your interest. The form will be shared with proposal submitters as well as on our website, so others will know of your interest.

Subcommittee Planning Committee Members and Chairs Assigned: September 8, 2025

Subcommittee Review and Ranking: September 15, 2025

Preliminary Agenda Available: On or about September/October 2025

Registration Opens: On or about September/October 2025

Hotel Rooms Open for Reservations: Opens in October - January 30, 2026 *(the hotel may still take reservations, based on availability, but may not offer the discounted rate)
