Non Member Rate: $750

Registration price includes access to all ICPHSO sessions, mobile app, presentations, networking breaks, lunch, evening reception and access to presentations after the symposium.  All attendees including speakers are expected to pay the appropriate registration fee per ICPHSO policy.

The European Commission requires all ICPHSO attendees to also register separately for the International Product Safety Week (IPSW). This is necessary to access the ICPHSO Symposium venue (Charlemagne Building). Registration for IPSW also allows you entry into the European Commission's public events. As regards for the deadline for registration, we need to receive all the information necessary to enter the building a couple of working days prior to the start of the IPSW.

 ICPHSO's International Symposium will be held in-person.  Live stream and recordings are not being offered at this time.

If you are interested in attending the International Symposium but may need assistance, scholarship requests can be made using the form linked below.  Requests will be reviewed by ICPHSO's Executive Committee to assure diversity in attendance.  Funding may be partial depending upon the amount of scholarship sponsors received.  Scholarship recipients will be reimbursed after the conclusion of the workshop.

Last Day to Register: The last day to register is Tuesday, October 8th.  We will not be taking any onsite registration due to the security at the European Commission Building.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted in writing to info@icphso.org  by October 8, 2024.  After October 8, no refunds will be honored.  Due to the security requirements of the European Commission, registrations are not transferable.  Please contact the meetings team with any questions at  info@icphso.org .

CLE Credits: ICPHSO does not directly offer CLE credits for participation in our workshop since each state may have differing requirements.  ICPHSO will provide a Certificate of Participation as well as the official agenda to any attendee who wishes to independently pursue obtaining CLE credits from their respective state bar association.  To receive a certificate after the workshop, contact us at  info@icphso.org.
