ICPHSO is excited to welcome you to Boston, MA for our one-day in-person 2023 North America Product Safety Training Workshop, June 27, 2023. Thanks to Wayfair for hosting our workshop. This is our first visit to Boston and our first return to the New England area for our Workshop in a number of years. We are excited by the opportunities provided to ICPHSO and our attendees by Wayfair, and can’t thank them enough for inviting us to their beautiful facility.

The one-day training workshop, as always, will be of interest to all in the product safety community including: regulators, consumer and parent advocates, manufacturers, retailers, test labs, consultants, lawyers, health officials and academia. Each session is being developed by a recognized product safety professional at the request of ICPHSO under the coordination of our President, Len Morrissey and our Treasurer, David Kosnoff. Thanks to both for their efforts to ensure an agenda appealing to many different stakeholders. We will again use polling and audience Q/A in the mobile meeting app to keep speakers and attendees engaged. As with all of our conferences, ICPHSO is solely responsible for the content and agenda.

We still have sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for the product safety community to see what services can be provided to assist product safety professionals.

As in past workshops, we will have a pre-welcome evening reception on June 26, 2023, sponsored by Cooley. Hotel information is posted but the reduced ICPHSO rate is only available for a short time. So be sure to make your reservations early to take advantage of the reduced room rate during ICPHSO. We hope you will be able to join us for all the events surrounding the workshop. There will be no additional charges for the pre workshop welcome reception, but space is limited, so when you do register let us know if you are planning to attend the pre workshop welcome reception. We will close the workshop with a reception with some light snacks and drinks at Wayfair..

Non Member Rate: $550

Registration price includes all workshop materials and access to all activities after the workshop. The fee also includes pre workshop reception, light breakfast, break, lunch, evening concluding happy hour. All attendees including speakers are expected to pay the appropriate registration fee per ICPHSO policy.

The ICPHSO 2023 North America Training Workshop, at Wayfair in Boston, MA has secured a small block of rooms at the Marriott Copley Square at the discounted rate of $309 plus taxes and fees for two nights -- Sunday, June 25 and Monday, June 26, 2023. These rooms are filling up quickly at this discounted rate.

We know many of our conference attendees often arrive a day or two before the conference and stay a day or two after. Unfortunately, since the hotel block does not belong to ICPHSO, we are unable to provide the ICPHSO discounted room rate before or after the Workshop.

You may need to make two separate reservations with the Marriott as a result. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you find that the discounted rooms at Marriott Copley Square are sold out when you try to make a reservation, or if you would like to extend your stay in Boston beyond June 25 and June 26, at a lower hotel rate than the normal price offered by the Marriott, there are a number of hotels within close proximity to Wayfair.
