945++ SEK (~USD $88.00++) per night for 1 Person Room

1195++ SEK (~USD $110.00++) per night for 2 Person Room

Special Rates Available: Until October 2, or until sold out (whichever occurs first). Rooms are limited so book early.

Rates do not include taxes and surcharges.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is possible up to 1 day prior to arrival without incurring a fee. Cancellations must be received no later than 6pm local Swedish time (18:00) the day before.

Guest Room Name Changes:
Are not supported. To change ownership of a reservation, guests must cancel their own room and re-book for the new individual.

1. ICPHSO has contracted for the  majority of rooms during the ICPHSO International Symposium.  These rooms can only be booked through the link below. Reserving a room through another link or source will return a "no vacancy" message.

2. Once on the IKEA Hotel reservation page (via the below link), you may encounter the message "This product is not available in the time you have selected" on the bottom lower right side of the page. To go to Almhult, Sweden, fly into either Airport, then take a Train:

• Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
• Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN)

Train Time between Airport and Almhult - from:

• Copenhagen Airport - approximately 2 hours by train to Almhult
• Stockholm Arlanda Airport - approximately 3 hours by train to Almhult

Upon arrival in Almhult, the IKEA Hotel is a short walk from the train station.

Operated by Öresundståg, Skånetrafiken and Swedish Railways (SJ), the Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to Älmhult train service departs from Copenhagen Airport and arrives in Älmhult station.
