Speaker Policy: ICPHSO appreciates the time offered by speakers to participate in our various sessions.  As a non-profit organization, ICPHSO relies upon registration fees and sponsorship contributions to fund our conferences so we can bring attendees the latest content related to consumer product safety at the lowest registration rate possible.  All attendees, including speakers are expected to pay the registration rate that applies to them.  ICPHSO does provide limited scholarship funding assistance to those attendees who may represent a group of stakeholders who are under represented at our meeting or who need some financial assistance to attend.  Check our Scholarship Funding link for additional information on applying for a scholarship or contributing to our Scholarship Fund so others may attend.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing to  If you cancel prior to January 31, you will receive a full refund.  Any cancellations received after January 31 will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.

CLE Credits:  ICPHSO does not directly offer CLE credits for participation in our Symposium since each state may have differing requirements.  ICPHSO will provide a Certificate of Participation as well as the official agenda for the 2020 Annual Symposium to any attendee who wishes to independently pursue obtaining CLE credits from their respective state bar association.  To receive a certificate after the Symposium, contact us at

Notice:  ICPHSO may take photographs and video clips of attendees and speakers during the Annual Meeting for historical and other use.  These photos may also be posted on the ICPHSO website, used on social media platforms and in other ICPHSO materials.
