Monument Tour (Monday, February 25, 2019 – 6:30pm) – This tour will give you an entirely new perspective of the nation’s capital. Join your fellow attendees in a private guided bus tour (with drop off at certain monuments). Washington is resplendent at night when the monuments shine in the darkness. See the Smithsonian Museums, specifically the Castle, shine with a divine silhouette against the evening sky. From this vantage point the beautifully lit Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol Building offer incredible photo opportunities. The Jefferson Memorial is a grand homage to the primary author of the Declaration of Independence and one of our founding fathers.
Space is limited and the cost to participate is $25 per person (ICPHSO is subsidizing some of the cost for the tour). Sign up and pay for the tour during registration for the Symposium.
